By subscribing to RehabDesk AI, the clinic agrees to these terms and to use the platform for legitimate healthcare operations, patient coordination, billing, and care-plan management.
RehabDesk AI is an administrative workflow platform and does not replace licensed clinical judgment. The attending doctor or clinic remains fully responsible for treatment outcomes, medical decisions, patient care, and communication standards.
The platform may be used only for consented patient communication, operational scheduling, and approved clinic workflows. Spam, unauthorized promotions, misuse of WhatsApp or Meta channels, or abusive messaging is strictly prohibited and may lead to account suspension.
Subscription fees are billed on the selected plan cycle. A full refund is available within seven calendar days of the initial billing period for the first purchase only. After that, invoices are non-refundable unless required by local consumer protection rules.
